These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and RGMS LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the FuturesIQ platform, including all related websites, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract under applicable law. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.
FuturesIQ is a trade journaling and analytics platform designed for futures traders. The Service may include features such as trade logging, performance analytics, order flow visualization, replay charts, rule compliance tracking, and AI-powered insights.
The Service is a tool for self-directed analysis and record-keeping. It is not a trading platform, brokerage, or financial advisory service.
The Service does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. All analytics, insights, simulations, and data presented through the Service are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing in the Service constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.
Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and should consult with a qualified financial professional before making any investment decisions.
We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data, analytics, or insights provided through the Service.
The Service integrates data and functionality from third-party providers, including but not limited to:
Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party data or services. Third-party data is provided "as is" and may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors.
The Service offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid plans provide access to additional features and capabilities as described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify the features included in any tier at any time.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected). Payment is processed through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
All payments are final and non-refundable. There are no refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused features, or account downgrades. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. We will provide reasonable notice of any price increases.
"User Content" includes any data, text, notes, screenshots, tags, and other materials you upload, submit, or create through the Service (including trade data imported from external platforms).

The Service, including its design, features, code, documentation, logos, and trademarks, is owned by RGMS LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Service except for the limited right to use it in accordance with these Terms.
TradingView and Databento are trademarks of their respective owners. Use of their names herein is for identification purposes only and does not imply endorsement.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any data, analytics, or content provided through the Service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RGMS LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, data loss, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or fifty dollars ($50), whichever is greater.
You acknowledge that trading futures carries inherent risks and that RGMS LLC bears no responsibility for any trading losses, regardless of whether you used data or analytics from the Service in making trading decisions.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RGMS LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination:
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not entitle you to any refund of prepaid fees.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, providing additional notice (such as an email or in-app notification). Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
